
Playtime for Displaced Children of Kaniv
Turning a field into a playground for 600 internally displaced children to bring back playtime, fun, and a sense of normalcy.
Over 25 villages in the Kaniv area are hosting around 2,000 internally displaced people, including 600 children. Community leaders wants to turn a field into a playground for soccer, basketball, and other playtime to bring these children a sense of normalcy again.
There is currently an urgent need for inventory and equipment for this project, as well as providing rooms for internally displaced children.

About the Playtime for Kaniv Team
The lead for this project is Romanyuk Svitlana Mykolayivna (“Svitlana”). During peaceful times, Svitlana is an accountant at the Institute of Religious Sciences in Kyiv.
Today, Svitlana and her family are taking care of the needs of internally displaced people living with children in Kaniv.
