June 10: Relief Updates

We are happy to announce the launch of our new website pages, which allows anyone to donate to the cause they care the most about or to “adopt” a cause by spearheading fundraising efforts. We will be further updating these website pages with more of the causes we are supporting, but you can also still donate via our regular donation page.

-NGO “CLAS” (Luhansk Region). $8,700

With generous donations from HueLife and Strategic Government Resources, we are now able to fund a new initiative by our partner organization in Ukraine. This large project entails converting rundown dorms into housing for 72 college-age orphans who have been evacuated from eastern Ukraine. A university in Poltava has generously offered their current building which needs significant repairs to bring it up to living conditions. Below, you will see the “before” and “after” photos showcasing one of the renovated wings of the dorm. The cost of each wing, which can house 72 students, is $4,207. This project is also providing temporary jobs for people who have lost their employment due to the war. We are grateful to Strategic Government Resources and HueLife for making this project happen. If you or your organization is interested in sponsoring repairs of another wing, please reach out to us at gsynergygroup@gmail.com.

- Ukr Farm LLC (Kyiv and Boryspil).

Our partner at Ukr Farm LLC (Kyiv and Boryspil) continues to support the medication needs of various communities. Their primary goal remains to provide medications and supplies to a military hospital in Kyiv.

- Kherson Foundation Union

We received some updates from our volunteers at the Kherson Foundation Union.

Over the last few months, they were able to support 330 families living under occupation. This is about 1,500 people who know they are not forgotten and they are cared for. The volunteers keep providing relief to these families despite the danger of living under occupation. Finding and purchasing Ukrainian produce is getting more and more difficult, and our volunteers are constantly looking for ways to purchase and store as much produce as they can. Our partners are now hoping to raise enough funds to support their volunteers on the ground for at least the next five months. If you or your organization feel inspired to support these brave volunteers, you can “adopt” Kherson Foundation Union by reaching out to us at gsynergygroup@gmail.com

Total amount transferred to Ukraine to date is $126,850
